Merry Christmas

Found this pretty Picture and I thought I would share it.

Hello

Life has been a little crazy. Try to get Christmas shopping done, work has been very busy, and we found out that we will start our new positions in Neenah, WI on March 1, 2006. We have received our relocation confirmation email, but we are still waiting on the official offer letter. I spoke to the hiring manager and she said we should see it a few days. Its just a little stressful. We are both very excited about our new positions. I'll be doing material planning and Mark will be doing scheduling finished product. One thing we have learned from talking to many people in these positions, that KC is working very hard to make all planning positions an eight hours a day job. Were currently planners are working any where from 8 to 14 hours a day. We found out that the whole planning department is going through restructure to make it possible so all planners work to 8 hours. I like that a lot. I have no problem working long hours I just can't do all the time. With Crohn's my body starts to wear down and then I'm worthless.

We have almost all of our shopping done, we just have to buy one present for a cat Annie and I have to get Mark a few stocking stuffers.

I just saw on T.V. that Denver, CO is having a blizzard. Mark said "That looks fun." I told him you better get ready for Wisconsin :) He also stated he can't wait to get a snowblower. It must be a man thing.

Not much more going on around here.

Merry Christmas

Baptist Service

On November 19th, Mark and I went to a Baptist Church and Sunday School with our friends Gina and Nick. We did like like the service a lot and were pretty supraised that service was not shoveing things down your throat. I did have a some pre-thoughts of what the Baptist Church was about. What I don't like about the the Baptist religion is that every church has its own beliefs. For instance one Baptist church will be against drinking and dancing and the next will be believe drinking and dancing are ok.

Mark and and I have decided to try the United Methodist Church again. We felt so comfortable and they were very welcoming. They also have a lot of programs we can get involved in.

Christmas Shopping

I hate to admit this but Mark and I have not started Christmas shopping. I believe we will go this weekend, but I'm not 100% sure. The whole thing about Christmas shopping is that it is always way to crazy on the weekends and I really do not like to deal with the crowds. People be come very rude and mean during the Christmas season. Which is very odd to me since this is the season for sharing and caring. I think many people have lost the true meaning of Christmas. Christmas is not about the gifts, its about the birth of Jesus Christmas Our Savior. Well enough about me being upset that people are nasty during this season verus being jolly. I hope everyone has a Happy and Blessed Holiday.

Under the weather...

Sorry I haven't posted anything in awhile, I was under the weather all last week. When I returned from Thanksgiving with my family I was sicker than a dog. I went to work and came home and went to bed. I feel better now.

I had a great time at Thanksgiving. It was great to see my whole family. I really enjoyed seeing my aunt and cousin.

This past weekend Mark and I put up our Christmas tree and decorated the house. On Saturday night my friends Regina and Rachel came over and we made Christmas cookies. It was such a great time.
