As I told you last week Mark and I having been searching for the correct Church for us. This week we attended the Fountain City United Methodist Church. We were going to attend the United Methodist in downtown Knoxville, but decided on trying Fountain City United Methodist because it is only 4 blocks from our home. Here are our thoughts about today's service;
Beth's thoughts:
1. Very comfortable and welcoming
2. Very good gospel
3. Bulletin showed many different programs that we could become involved in.
Mark's thoughts:
1. Location very convenient
2. Woman pastor was different than want I'm use to, but very good.
3. Service was very comfortable, since I grew up Methodist.
We both agreed that we could return to this Church and attend Sunday services.
Next week we will attend a Lutheran Church in our attempt to find the right church for us.

Its neat that you found somewhere you both liked. I'm not a fan of the woman pastor thing...but you have to make that decision. When Dana and I churched shopped we always went somewhere 3 times in a row before deciding anything...
